Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy is one of the most effective forms of treatment for OCD, Intrusive thoughts, Phobias and Anxiety Disorders.

What is ERP and why should I practice it?

ERP therapy is the "gold standard", evidenced-based, behavior therapy treatment for OCD, Pure O, Phobias and many Anxiety Disorders.
