Resources for Your Recovery
"One of the best decisions I ever made"
"Paige has been my therapist for nearly 2 years. I selected Paige because of her experience with anxiety patients, and this has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I find our therapy sessions very relaxed and conversational, instead of me talking for one hour and receiving short responses of acknowledgment. Paige has provided me with wonderful direction and advice to help manage my anxiety and deal with my perfectionism, as well as much needed gentle perspective regarding the true root cause of my issues. I am so thankful to be one of Paige’s clients."

"A loving heart and caring concern"
"Paige has helped me to get through some really difficult times by giving me the tools I needed to make my challenges more manageable. Her professionalism is always combined with a loving heart and a caring concern for my well being. I have left sessions with Paige feeling my issues have been listened to, understood and addressed. I appreciate you so very much Paige. Thank you for being in my corner."

"I have regained my confidence and feel better than I have in years"
"I began working with Paige for my OCD and anxiety. Paige not only taught me how to do ERP and other techniques, but her compassionate nature and encouragement made me feel so supported. I have regained my confidence and feel better than I have in years. Thank you, Paige."

Pure O - Obsessive Thoughts
Obsessive, Intrusive Thoughts, or as some people like to call the Pure O of OCD can be overwhelming and consume one’s mind through most of their waking hours. Imagine a dark thought creeping into your mind while you're driving home from work, or sitting at home with your family. You find this thought so dark and disturbing that you would never share it with another person, and even feel guilty for thinking it. Now imagine that thought continues to pop in your mind every day, no matter how hard you try to push that thought out of your mind, it keeps coming back.WATCH MORE ON YOUTUBE
Anxiety and Worry
As a therapist that specializes in Anxiety Disorders and OCD, I have learned what works and what does not work in calming one’s anxiety. In this video, I describe the biggest mistake that people make when trying to NOT have anxiety. I also review one of my favorite paradoxical methods for coping with anxiety or intrusive thoughts that I call, “I. A.M.” In my opinion, this is possibly my most important and significant video on the subject of treating anxiety. I would love to hear what you think.WATCH MORE ON YOUTUBE
Agoraphobia is a condition similar to being thrown in jail for a crime you didn't commit. It robs people of some of the most basic freedoms and joys that life can bring. Wouldn't you do everything possible to free yourself, to fix the injustice? Agoraphobia is a large-scale, complex anxiety disorder, typically associated with panic disorder. Triggering events can include public transportation, being in enclosed spaces or large open spaces, being away from home, standing in line, or being in a crowd.WATCH MORE ON YOUTUBE
